Two weeks since Ethan & I planted our seeds and wow how things have grown! The only thing that hasn't sprouted is the Rosemary, but everything else is making it's way. I always feel a little sad cutting back the smaller sprouts so there is only one plant in each spot, even though I know it's in order to grow strong plants. Seems like such a waste, but my attempts in previous years to separate and transplant them have never worked. On the plus side, seeing all these little plants growing is reminding me that spring is here despite there being snow on the ground outside. Here's hoping the weather forecast for tomorrow being in the 50s again is right!
