A Craftastic Monday & Giveaway!

Today's party kick's off a week long celebration of Fold-Over-Elastic (FOE) & all it's fabulous uses.  What is FOE?  An amazing cross between ultra soft elastic and bias tape.  Great for edges of necklines, hems, cloth diapers & underwear.  But it's uses don't quit there - headbands, necklaces, ruffles, decorative trims and more.
