In anticipation of St. Patrick's Day, I though I'd kick off the arrival of March with my latest crazy creation: Hilarious Headband Leprechaun Hat. It's got everything we need to rock the occasion in proper style: several shades of green, a little leprechaun-like charm & a four leaf clover accent.
I used my favorite fleece and a mix of hand & machine sewing to get it just the way I imagined it. To make sure it will stay on, I made an FOE headband (green of course) and sewed it to the hat, so little miss can wear it at a jaunty angle & traipse all over the place without disturbing her festive ensemble:
It's perfect for the wee people (leprechaun or otherwise), but it also makes an awesome party item for the adults. I made one for my husband's step-sister to wear to the bar. What else could go better with green beer?
And for the days after the holiday, I made this version with some fuchsia fleece and a pink flower:
It adds a little sassy flair, but is still super sweet;)
I'm custom making both styles in my shop, The Green Hedgehog and I've now got a Facebook page for the shop as well, so Facebook fans will be the first to hear about the latest designs & find out special offers. I'd love for any hat lovers to stop by and may the luck of the Irish be with you!
Sharing these creations with my FAVE LINK PARTIES too so check them out HERE!
