You Can Do: Candy Button Clovers

Here's a tasty treat that takes little time, but adds a lot of festive fun for today: Candy Button Clovers

I used my Cricut & Sure Cuts A Lot software to cut out some clovers from cardstock:


Then I whipped up the candy buttons with 1 1/2 cups of confectioner's sugar & an egg white for 5 minutes using my mixer:


I added several drops of green color gel to get my shamrock green:


I used a sandwich bag with the corner clipped as a pastry bag and made the dots:


I had a bit left over so I made a few extra themed items on wax paper:


I let everything dry out for 24 hrs and the tasty St. Patrick's treats were ready!  This was so fun & easy, it'll definitely work for other seasonal occasions too.  Have a great, green day everyone!!
