March's Pinterest Challenge Link Up!

It's time for the next round of the Pinterest Challenge!!
New to The Pinterest Challenge?  No worries.  The challenge is simple.  Just make something you pinned to one of your boards and then share it with all of us.   Sounds fun and easy, doesn't it?

Here is what ideas found via Pinterest inspired us to create:
March Pinterest Challenge
Allison from A Glimpse Inside
Ashlee from I'm Topsy Turvy
Carrie from My Favorite Finds
Cheryl from Sew Can Do
Kara from Happy Go Lucky

I tried out a mini pom pom tutorial using baker's twine & plastic fork.  While the twine didn't work out too well (not fluffy enough), the technique did when I used some crochet yarn instead.  Then I used my mini poms to make some cute barrettes:

Now, it's your turn!

Share your latest via Pinterest inspired projects so we can be inspired by you!!

  1. Great party... I love trying out things on Pinterest... sometimes successful, other times not so much. Thanks for hosting! :)

    1. Thanks Martha Anne and I have the same experience - sometimes a hit and sometimes a craft fail. LOL.

  2. What if I don't have a blog... is there another way... maybe via Flickr?

    1. You can upload a pic of your project to your Pinterest account and refer to your original pin in the description, then use the pin url to link up. Then you'll have an image to share in the party and way for people to come check out what you made!

    2. Did I miss the window of opportunity? Maybe I'll try this next month, now that I know what to do!!

    3. Since the party takes place on several blogs, it closes at the end of the week, but it'll be back the first Tuesday of April!
