Happy Monday Everyone! So many great links last week - I was pinning like crazy with Craftastic Picks. I also have to say thanks for the wonderful response to my new feature, Knock It Off Store Inspired Tutorial: ModCloth Posies Dress. I'm definitely planning to do more featured Knock It Off projects and set up a Pinterest board for it so I can put them all together and can feature some of your own store-inspired how-to's there too.
And it's time to announce the winners of the My Memories Software Giveaway. I say winners because My Memories has generously added a second prize so two Sew Can Do readers will get this fabulous software!!
Congratulations Ladies! You'll be getting your software soon. A big thanks to My Memories for providing both prizes.
And this week has more giveaway magic. Tomorrow stay tuned for something special for Mother's Day (hint - your jewelry box will love it), and, towards the end of the week, there's a crafty goody prize for the kids.
Now let's see last week's Craftastic picks:
That's What Che Said showed how to make a pretty, thumbprint heart necklace with a metallic finish:
Check out this fun & colorful garden-themed party from Night Owl Corner. Not only does it show a lot of cute ideas, but they easy to do. Exactly what a busy mom needs!
Make It Easy Crafts shared this pretty floral shoe how-to made with paper napkins. And unlike a lot of shoe tutorials I've seen (that are lovely but don't seem durable), this one confirms that they stand up to wear!
I love, love, love these moustache dresses from Twin Dragonfly Designs. Made with a DIY stamp and colorful solid fabric, they look so fun & fabulous:
Lollipop Garden Crafts shared this lovely little dress made with a Japanese pattern. Totally going to look for the book now:
And so you can make sewing projects a breeze, Sugar Tart Crafts showed how to cut patterns perfectly (and without pins!):
If you're one of this week's features, be sure to grab my Featured On button over on the sidebar to let everyone know. I also feature these projects & more party favorites on the Sew Can Do's Craftastic Picks board on Pinterest. Follow me there to see more great projects (and if yours is one of them)!
Ready to link up your crafty creations?
Party rules are simple:
- As long as it's crafty, and made by you, it's Craftastic (no links to giveaways, shops, link parties or other people's work). Add the link to your specific post (not the main page of your blog).
- Grab my party button & put it on your post or blog somewhere. The code's on the sidebar ->
- Check out some of the other fabulous links and share some crafty comment love. We all love getting comments!!
