Just Released: The Mayfair Top, Dress & Spats Pattern by Terra's Treasures

Do you ever see a pattern and just go "Eek!  I LOVE that!"?  On the occasions when I do, those usually end up becoming my go-to favorites.  I've been waiting for this pattern to come out after seeing some adorable preview pics.  And today it's finally out & I've just bought mine, so I thought I'd share it with you!  Check out the Mayfair Top, Dress & Spats PDF Pattern by Terra's Treasures:

This pattern covers sizes 12 months to a big girl 14.  It has a lot of versatility & a way to give it your own style.  Make it into a dress, shirt, do 3/4 sleeves, short sleeves, ruffles/no ruffles, 2 different collar options, or choose no collar at all.  Using different combinations and fabrics means countless looks, like this:

Or this:

Switch to long sleeves and modern prints:

Or go for the dress option.  With the matching spats/leg warmers included it works great for winter.  I love how it can look both modern AND vintage:

It also looks stunning with eyelet and lace and it includes tips for sewing with lace and doing different hems.  Check out the back done with lace here - I'm seriously swooning:

I'm most excited because I know the instructions for this little beauty won't leave me tearing my hair out.  I reviewed the Provincial Top by Terra's Treasures last month and really loved how easy it was to follow - I made two tops in two days and plan to use it again & again. Since I had such great results with Terra's simple to understand directions and clear pictures, I'm really looking forward to trying this one out too.

Terra's Treasures offers versatile children's clothing patterns for boys and girls. Stylish designs mixed with a practical "real kid" fit.

It's on sale right now as a special new release, so today's a good day to snag this new pattern AND get a deal.  Become a fan of Terra's Treasures on Facebook and discover even more discounts (Every Friday Terra has a sale on one hot pattern).  Now I'm off to plan some fabric combos and which Mayfair style to make first!

This is a sponsored post, for which I received compensation.  I have also purchased this pattern with my own funds.  The opinions are completely my own, based on my honest experiences.
