Welcome to the party everyone! I hope you all had a great Halloween and are feeling extra crafty now that we're in November. I'm looking forward to holiday crafting & making some cuddly new things now that there's a chill in the air.
In case you didn't see yesterday's big announcement, I'm hosting an in-store Pinterest Party at Michaels next weekend! It's a chance to meet up, have fun crafting together & get some project "pinspiration" ideas. I'd love to finally meet some of you in-person!! For more details on my location or to find a party near you, click HERE.
It's also time to announce the winner of the Fort Firefly Fabric Bundle giveaway:
Congratulations BillsnBeaks & enjoy your fabulous fabric stash addition! A huge thank you to Sew Fine Fabrics for providing this wonderful prize!
Now let's see last week's Craftastic picks..
HuppieMama shared this cool chalkboard house. A great way for the kids to help decorate & change things up every year:
Check out this fun magnetic spider decorating idea from That's What Che Said. Easy & fun!
Follow Mom Projects how-to to use old paint chips & samples to make some cute custom place settings:
Kuka & Bubu made some terrific turtleneck shirts from scratch (and is putting together a tutorial to make 'em):
How pretty is this monarch butterfly costume from 402 Center Street Designs?! Those wings are just gorgeous.
I loved this idea from Threading My Way - holiday memories pillows inspired by real vacation photos. So unique and a great way to relive those special trips everyday!
If you're one of this week's features, be sure to grab my Featured On button over on the sidebar to let everyone know. I also feature these projects & more party favorites on the Sew Can Do's Craftastic Picks board on Pinterest AND I share each of them on Twitter too. Follow me there to see more great projects (and see if yours is one of them)!
Ready to link up your crafty creations?
Party rules are simple:
- As long as it's crafty, and made by you, it's Craftastic (no links to giveaways, shops, link parties or other people's work). Add the link to your specific post (not the main page of your blog).
- Grab my party button & put it on your post or blog somewhere. The code's on the sidebar ->
- Check out some of the other fabulous links and share some crafty comment love. We all love getting comments!!
