December Craftastic Monday Link Party

I wanted to start this week's party by saying thanks to everyone who commented well wishes.  Last week was quite draining dealing with the loss of a loved one and having to devote time to a lot of other time-consuming things that couldn't be put off in the rest of day-to-day life.  While the Christmas season brings a wonderful joy & hope to the world, it can also be a highly stressful & overwhelming time for many (myself included).  So for all who are feeling a bit overloaded or struggling, try to focus on the real Reason for the Season and less on the rest to find some much-needed peace.   

All the wonderful and joyful projects have been a spirit-lifter, so keep linking up all your latest or greatest creations for Christmas, winter (and everyday).  If it's creative and made by you, it's Craftastic!

Pillar Box Blue shared this clever and easy Christmas bottle lights project:

The Apple Street Cottage had this genius idea for displaying delicate, breakable ornaments without worry.  This is a must for people like me with grabby small kids!

I loved this vintage baking display from Our Clover House.  Such a fun & do-able Christmas decor idea for those of us with inherited/vintage kitchen items.
